Hello from Mycelium Matt,
It was a clear crisp morning in December. On the seventh day of the month, something in the air seemed to change. A distant roar was heard, originating from a semi-trailer, as our oversized Monster began eyeing its new lair. All fun aside, Mycelium has made another groundbreaking step into the future of the mushroom industry. It has been several years in the making, but finally we have the largest mushroom grain and substrate sterilizer in North America, quite possibly the world. In the next coming weeks, this Monster will take its first breath, and begin sterilizing grain and substrates in unfathomable amounts.
